We are joined with Jaya to discuss the nature and evolution of Blockchain, The role of the ‘Insensible’, the jigsaw puzzle of Geopolitics in relation to cryptocurrency.

Jaya currently researches and writes about the political economies of hacker-engineers, cryptographic geographies and considering the merits of quantum social theory. She is developing a research project about digital surveillance and new constructions of ‘nature’. She is also working on technologies for empowering people in relation to the systems and infrastructures that affect their lives. She is currently working on: peer-to-peer cloud system, CoBox (funded by the EC Ledger grant); social key recovery mechanism, Dark Crystal(funded by Open Technology Fund); and advisory work for the European Commission on distributed ledger technologies and future data-intermediaries.
