Presentation and free distribution of a special edition of ŠUM journal

Šum #11 titled Hypersonic Hyperstitions brings eight newly commissioned texts by authors writing in the field of theory-fiction and hard sci-fi, to provide overlaps with Peljhan’s exhibition and his work in general. The authors are: Edmund Berger, Miroslav Griško, Manabrata Guha, Primož Krašovec, Reza Negarestani, Luciana Parisi, Kevin Rogan, Andrej Tomažin and Peter Watts.
Marko Bauer, the executive editor of Šum #11, will make an introduction which will be followed by a short lecture by Primož Krašovec who wrote a piece titled “Capital, War and Love” for the issue.
There will be time for Q&A and an opportunity to get a free copy of Šum #11.
The event will be moderated by Dustin Breitling.
Primož Krašovec is a regular contributor to Šum journal and Radio Študent (Pisalni stroji), author of the text Alien Capital and professor at the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana.

Šum #11 was published as part of the exhibition “Here we go again…SYSTEM 317” by Marko Peljhan in the pavilion of Slovenia at Venice Biennale.
